The family-owned design studio was created by Yannick Cochet and Gregory Païs and it has developed this amazing apartment overlooking the port of Cannes. COCHET / PAÏS is a family-owned design studio created by Yannick Cochet and Gregory Païs, two cousins (an interior designer and a project manager) that benefit from a unique complicity and bond. Their studio is located in the heart of the French Riviera, in Cap d’Antibes, featuring a multidisciplinary team of architects, interior designers and decorators that love refurbishing every space. Respect for humankind and the environment is their motto and it’s present in every project they due, from a yacht to a luxury villa. With projects all over Europe, COCHET / PAÏS creates spaces that are as beautiful as they are functional.

The IK Appartement is a contemporary interior design project located in Cannes and consisted of the elevation of the building to achieve an additional level to create a total of 250m² duplex facing the port of Cannes. The construction, remodelling and decoration were done over the course of 2 years.

The project has several pieces from top luxury brands like Fendi and Lasvi, but the truly showstopping pieces are from Boca do Lobo. The Lapiaz centre table completely steals the show on the incredible living room. The polished brass details and mirrored sides attribute this luxury design artwork an artic yet comfy and warm beauty. Definitely a statement piece for the most luxurious interior designs.

The Symphony Sideboard draws inspiration from church organ tubes, as well as the curves of a violin. Like all of Boca do Lobo’s designs, the Symphony is handmade by experienced craftsmen, each with different specialities, from metal-work to wood carving. It features a cluster of polished brass tubes envelope an exotic wood structure, creating a harmonious artful juxtaposition to rhythm of the pipes. Through Boca do Lobo’s vision, the Symphony seeks to re-interpret classic elements through contemporary design and cutting-edge technology and has become an emblematic piece within the Limited Edition Collection.

Lastly, the Charla dining chair by LUXXU is the perfect element for the dining room. This dining chair is a splendid object of boundless elegance. This marvellous design is the perfect example of timeless lines with a modern twist, by using a complexity of luxurious materials, such as velvet, brass and lacquered wood. This is truly a great contemporary interior design project.
