Today we’re having a look at ArtsTool which is a series of exclusive design collection of handcrafted designs, born from the reinterpretation of two contemporary designs by the brand Boca do Lobo.
Project CULTURE, created by Covet Foundation, is the material concretization of a dream that belongs to every single person who celebrates the finest craftsmanship all over the world. This Creative Hub allows master artisans, plastic artists and designers to work together in the search for new artistic ways to express themselves in the creation of some beautiful masterpieces that show off the best of several crafts.
ArtsTool Collection was an initiative that came to be, thanks to the reinterpretation of the contemporary designs, Erosion and Carved, made by Boca do Lobo. These twelve exquisite pieces were brought to life thanks to talented hands and ancient techniques that presented themselves as challenges to everyone, pushing the limits of Arts and Crafts. The resulting products are a fine example of masterworks filled with the soul of their makers and thinkers, becoming a tribute to the handcrafted process, cultural heritage and legacy.
With a simple stool, we can travel through the ages, using practices full of history and meaning. Challenging the traditional concepts of the finest craftsmanship and keeping alive the spirit of experimentation, CULTURE is the perfect place to share knowledge, ideas and to innovate.
Several different ancient techniques and arts, such as marble work, Murano glass sculpture, wood carving, marquetry, acrylic and oil painting, among others, are there merged into one single purpose: create something beautiful.
