Arno Brandlhuber works as an architect and urban planner. In 2006 he founded Brandlhuber+, an office space where he collaborates with other architectural offices and disciplines. Since 2017 Brandlhuber holds a professorship for the areas of architecture and design at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH Zürich). During his academic path, he is focusing on the role of new media and technology, viewing them as potentials for future architecture.

Selldorf Architects

This New York-based firm is known by it’s sophisticated, and minimalist style. It was created by Annabelle Selldorf in 1988, and it’s currently considered as one of the art world’s go-to architects. The company has also designed homes for top collectors and gallerists, along with countless exhibition spaces worldwide.  The creator of the company, Annabelle Selldorf, received a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Pratt Institute, as well as a Master of Architecture degree from Syracuse University in Florence, Italy. She established her own firm in 1988.

Omer Arbell

Omer Arbel is a designer and sculptor based in Vancouver and Berlin, who is known for his work in materials research, ambient lighting design, house design. He’s also famous as well for being the creative director at Bocci, a Canadian manufacturing and design company.

We end our list with a tribute: Frei Otto was a German Architect who is still considered as one of the founding fathers for the biomorphic architecture (organic architecture) alongside with Buckminster Fuller and Santiago Calatrava. He passed away in 2015, the same year he won the prestigious Prize Pritzker, the most significant world prize of architecture.
