Geometrix Design is an interior design duo from Moscow that throughout their work has managed to exhibit intricate conceptual geometry. The office of an innovative pharmaceutical company is designed in a contemporary style. Its basic idea is a geometric structure of the interior and decoration: wall panels, glass partitions, the mode of the reception desk; even the ceramic granite on the floor is set in hexagons. Today, Design Build Ideas is going to show you everything about the Rompharm office interior design by Geometrix. Take a look!
For over 10 years Michael and Elen have been working as interior designers, these last 5 as a couple. Together they have designed apartments, private residences, offices, bars, restaurants, cafes, lofts, and penthouses. And yet every day they still manage to learn something new, but not first without a cup of tea or coffee.
One of their recent projects is the Rompharm Office.
Truly their name is well suited. Geometric patterns are predominant in almost every aspect of this project. From the hexagonal floor tiles to the triangular patterned walls, the angular furniture, the round lamps… all of these elements are tied up with an orange accent that contrasts with the neutral grayish ambient.
However, all this hides a functional part: behind the panels in the waiting area there is a spacious storage system; the glass partitions decorated with a geometric pattern perfectly mark off the public area and the working zone admitting light to the lobby that has no windows.
The table in the boss’s office was made according to our design and is a desk and an art object at the same time. Complex geometric columns harmoniously neighbor the cabinet and chairs having extensional edges
The futuristic and high-tech look is completely adequate for this pharmaceutical company, and could not have asked for better than what Geometrix has provided them with.
